"The lady was very helpful and showed me how to fold a rubber rug to wash in the machines. They have massive 8 loads in one heavy duty machine that fit a 4x8 rubber backed commercial entry rug easily when properly folded.
I was really surprised how attentive and kind the lady was in taking the initiative to help me get the rug in the washer."
